FS Stay and Play sessions

Experience our FS Stay & Play first-hand to discover how we nurture children to become creative and global citizens.

Come join us at GEMS Wellington School Qatar for a fun, interactive stay & play session in a fun-filled and friendly environment where parents and children will learn and play alongside our Early Years team of educators. Meet other families in the area and experience the care and learning provision the school has to offer.

While children engage in stimulating and interesting activities, our staff will be on hand to chat with parents about the early years education, child development, and ideas of how to support them at home. Refreshments will be provided, and an exciting whole-group session of songs, rhymes and stories led by one of our experienced FS teachers.

The Early Years Centre at GEMS Wellington School Qatar offers outstanding early learning experiences for children between the ages of three and five. Children are supported in their development through planned, purposeful play, with a balance of adult-led and child-initiated activities. Based on educational research, we believe that play is essential for the successful development of children, and it promotes confidence as they learn to explore, think critically, and interact with others. 

With our small class sizes and outstanding teaching team, every child can aspire, create and excel to become confident and independent children. We place high emphasis on physical development and well-being, recognising that successful learning relies on children feeling safe, valued, healthy and happy in their environment.  

We value the individual child and work alongside parents and others to meet their needs and reach their full potential.

Sessions take place every Sunday (9.45-10.30am) and Tuesday (10.30-11.15am).
